Established in 1971, Man Mar Technical has proven experience in the Marine and Offshore repair/manufacturing business. We are committed to providing the best service with the fastest turnaround time possible in order to keep your fleet on schedule. Our privately-owned 18,000 + square foot facility in New Orleans, Louisiana, and our brand new state-of-the-art 28,500 square foot facility headquarters in Houston, Texas, enable us to be of service throughout the Gulf Coast area timely and efficiently.
Due to our record growth these past few years and keeping our sights on the future for expansion, we have purchased a 260,000-square-foot land adjustment to our Houston facility, which will be used to expand our current facilities. Man Mar Technical Inc. should be breaking ground with the new expansion by the end of 2015 and construction completed by November 2016.
